Easily the most convenient rental we ever had. We had the car delivered to Aulani and it was so smooth. Car was in excellent condition and very clean. They offered recommendations for activities and dining on the island. Very effortless delivery and pickup. We'll be back in the future and will definitely rent again. Updating my review to add that we forgot some GoPro equipment in the car and realized the next day. They were nice enough to drop it off at Aulani for us. Really great guys

The other guys on the popular app are very picky have preset delivery locations that are not always close by where you're staying. I rented the 2024 Ford Bronco by booking through their website and it was very easy.They contacted me right away, and delivered the car right to my hotel in Waikiki. I was also able to drop the car off at the airport when I was done which was very convenient. Car was clean and well maintained.The best thing was that the price was transparent, no extra fees like the other car rental companies. Just the cost of the rental + taxes.Jacob was very responsive to everything I needed help with. His customer service was on point! Very friendly staff in general. The Bronco 2024 was in excellent condition, exactly same as in pictures. Jacob was a pleasure to deal with. He dropped off the Bronco at our hotel in Waikiki and i was able to drop off at airport on our return. Jacob was very responsive to my texts and he suggested cheaper and safer parking options for our last day when we checked out of the hotel and our flight was late in the night. Isaiah was very responsive too. He suggested some good places to eat and things to do in O'ahu. I highly recommend to rent from Jacob and Isaiah. You not only get great vehicles from them but excellent customer service. Next time I go to Oahu, I will definitely rent from them
